Lilly and his business activities. Much of the correspondence is related to Lilly's wife, Eliza T. Craighead Lilly and her family, including her parents, James P.N. Craighead and Sarah A. Craighead, her maternal grandfather, John Sutherland, and Sutherland's wife, Ann Dickson Sutherland.
