Twin Rocks Conference Association Records 1918-2005.

Included in the collection are annual reports, financial records, minutes, publications, newsletters, promotional materials, calendars, schedules, legal documents, audio visual materials in the form of audio cassettes, 16 mm films, slides, and photographs. Subjects of these materials center around the various camping programs offered at the site from boys' and girls' summer camps to adult retreats and corporate functions. There are records of several directors and the presiding board, including developmental reports and outreach materials. Several years of the Twin Rocks Sandpiper newsletters are also included as well as plats of the grounds and some architectural drawings of various buildings. Copies of a 1925 published songbook titled Twin Rocks Summer Camp Songs in the collection are in fragile, but usable condition.

The collection consists of one volume of black and white photographs documenting the Pacific College campus, faculty and student activities. There is also a program for the play, "He and She," performed at the college on June 8, 1925.

Arthur O. Roberts Papers 1894-2009.

This collection consists of a variety of materials including correspondence, addresses, membership lists, sermons, writings, research materials, newsletters, clippings, playscripts, music scores, annual reports, planning documents, lecture and curriculum notes, manuscripts (literary). There are some biographical writings, including his publication, The Automobile as Icon: Autobiographical Reflections (1986). Interspersed within are audio cassettes of sermons and lectures, reel-to-reel tapes, some microfilm, and photographs. There is a collection of original diaries and correspondence of John Frederick Hanson that provided research for Dr. Roberts' article about Hanson. There is also an extensive collection of copied materials from original documents relating to the Friends in Alaska, used by Dr. Roberts in preparation for his book, Tomorrow is Growing Old: Stories of the Quakers in Alaska.

Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Church Records 1878-2011.

This collection contains yearly meeting minutes; missionary correspondence; monthly publications, newsletters, pamphlets from Quaker youth groups and campgrounds. Sermons, annual reports from various committees reflect concerns of the entire entity and also include office files and financial records. Items from affiliated missions organizations also appear as well as biographical information for various pastors and church leaders. Materials related to individual congregations, such as written histories, membership records, directories, and bulletins are also included as well as scrapbooks, and photographic images and audio/visual materials in various formats.

Newberg Woman's Christian Temperance Union (W.C.T.U.) Records 1892-1977.

The collection consists of four volumes of meeting minutes, one volume of treasurer's records, and a photocopied historical overview entitled "90 Year Highlights Oregon WCTU." Additional information in the volumes includes the organization's constitution, by-laws, and membership rolls for various years.

This collection comprises a variety of documentation from George Fox College, including Board of Trustees and presidential files, minutes, accreditation, annual reports, and correspondence. Financial files feature budgets, audits, and related matter. Program planning, strategic planning, major campaigns, grant preparations, GFU Life (journal), and events brochures for development are reflected as well as alumni items. Curriculum development and faculty materials encompass academic affairs in minutes, newsletters, and planning documents. Facets of student life including government, organizations, and athletics, are represented through manuals, newsletters, L'Ami yearbooks, The Crescent student newspaper, course catalogs, event planning resources, the Bruin Directory, and photographs. A media collection of video and audio tapes represent various aspects of the college life.

This collection consists primarily of correspondence but also includes addresses, notebooks, diaries, writings and manuscripts (both published and unpublished), scrapbooks, minutes, reports, and some photographs. Materials include information about efforts to minimize war, revealing Pennington's interaction with organizations such as the American Friends Service Committee, the Oregon Peace Corps, Friends Forward Movement, Friends World Conference or the Friends Committee on National Legislation. There are also a number of guidebooks and other materials relating to his trip to England.

Western Evangelical Seminary Records include institutional records and publications as follows: reports, charts and lists, minutes, correspondence, applications, handbooks, pamphlets, directories, yearbooks, newsletters, some presidental records, and bylaws pertaining to the creation of the seminary until its merger with George Fox University. Board of Trustees reports; developmental materials; proposed academic program materials; the publications: Kardia, Alumni Mantle, The Evergreen; Federal Tax Grants for Title III and Title IX; self-study reports; written histories; and photographic negatives of the Jennings Lodge campus and building interiors of the late 1980s comprise the collection.
