Chapter founded in 1929. Records consist of correspondence (1938-1968), minutes (1929-1964), financial records, photos, and other records, relating to the chapter's aid to Poland, Polish refugees, and Polish prisoners of war, particularly during World War II. Correspondents include American National Red Cross and United War Chest Nationalities Committee in Philadelphia.
Minutes and approximately half of the correspondence are in Polish; remainder of the collection is in English.
