The Christian Life Commission is an agency of the Southern Baptist Convention. The Commission traces it roots back to the formation of the Social Services Commission in 1913. The Commission is assigned the task of helping Southern Baptist churches become aware of the "ethical implications of the Christian gospel." The Commission is located in the Southern Baptist Convention Building in Nashville, Tennessee.
The resource files maintained by the Commission, cover a wide variety of topics, mostly related to social, religious, moral or political concerns. The files include clippings, pamphlets, reports, brochures, newsletters and articles.
