Longtime pastor of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in San Angelo, Texas. A native of Philadelphia, Elliott received his B. D. degree from Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria in 1936 and assumed Emmanuel's pastorate in 1949. He died May 8, 1984, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was survived by his wife Maraget Anna and a daughter Mrs. Barbara Ann Ricketts.
