Book used is "The Keystone Diary".
Nancy Carroll lives near Baltimore, Maryland and attends The Masters boarding school in Dobbs Ferry, New York. The Carroll family traces it's ancestry in America to 1688 and also to a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Her family is wealthy and she writes of shopping in New York, the theater, her horse and competitions, and other social activities. She writes of school activities including exercising, drama, and music lessons. The first diary begins Sept. 21, 1926 and the second ends Sept. 20, 1938. Summer activities include tutoring for her brother and herself and riding competitions with her horse, as well as social activities and trips.
