Collection is open for research.This collection contains census information, clippings, correspondence with Addie Fulton and others, genealogical charts, photographs, and other research materials collected by genealogist, Virginia Warren. Families represented in the collection include: James Osgood Andrews family, William Bradley family, and Raymond and Paul Demere family. Other family names included in the collection are: Andrews, Barnard, Bourqin, Cater, Clancy, Conant, Fox, Goodnow, Quarterman, Rich, Warren, White, and Wier, among many others. Also included is a history of Alachua County, Florida. Papers originally stored in binders were rehoused into folders and binder titles were transcribed. Collection materials date from 1910s-1997. The collection was shipped to the Georgia Historical Society by an unknown donor from a United Parcel Service location in Memphis, Tennessee.Virginia Warren lived in Illinois and conducted genealogical research. She was a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy through her grandfather, James Osgood Andrews (Co. F - later D - 54th Regiment Georgia Infantry, CSA). Addie Fulton Lynch lived in Georgia and was married to Arnum Lynch (d. 1884). She was the daughter of Dr. James and Margaret C.
