Everyone is welcome in our library

Library Behavior

We ask that proper behavior be exhibited while visiting.  Parents may not leave children unattended in the library and are responsible for their actions.  We want everyone's visit to the library to be enjoyable and fulfilling.

Borrowing Policy

In accordance with the American Library Bill of Rights, Loremville Public Library Board of Trustees feels all library materials should be available to all patrons.  It is the parents' right and responsibility to monitor materials used by their own children.

Any Tennessee resident over the age of 17 may open a borrower's account by showing photo identification with a current Ohio address.  A piece of business mail (utility, taxes, checking account, etc.) must be shown if the driver's license does not have a current address.

Patrons 17 years of age and younger may have a parent or legal guardian open an account for them.  Parent/guardian will assume responsibility for materials borrowed.

Searching is pretty simple.

Just type one or more words from anywhere in the description of the item you're looking for.

If you want to find matches that begin with your search term but do not match it exactly, like finding compass and companion, truncate your search with the asterisk (*), e.g., comp*
