The collection consists of taped oral histories about Chicopee Mill and of photographs, chiefly Polaroids, of Chicopee Mill and Chicopee Mill awards dinners. There are also two operations manuals of Chicopee Manufacturing Company
Series consists of various versions of general retention and disposal schedules created for municipal and county governments, usually broken down by office or department -- Schedules describe records created as a result of a particular activity, to identify the content of the record, describe how the record is used, and specify the lifecycle of information. Files also include sample letters for municipalities and counties to request permission for records destruction from the Supervisor of Public Records, as well as related informational documents. There is a consolidated municipal records retention manual for 2011, which is succeeded by an electronic database on the website of the state secretary (www.sec.state.ma.us records management)

This collection contains administrative records, financial records, correspondence, photographs, clippings, reports, scrapbooks, and other miscellaneous materials regarding Parent and Child Development Services, Inc. in Savannah, Ga. and related organizations from 1840 to 1988. Other organizations included within this collection, which later were absorbed by Parent and Child Development Services in 1973 are the following: the Florence Crittenton Home, Kate Baldwin Free Kindergarten, Savannah Children's Center, Savannah Family Welfare Society, Savannah Female Asylum, and Savannah Home for Girls. Majority of these records are regarding the Kate Baldwin Free Kindergarten program in Savannah from 1899-1940. This collection consists of general winter and summer meeting minutes, executive meeting minutes, and correspondence from the Society of American Foresters, Allegheny Section's inception in 1922 to 1993. Other materials include officer results, treasurer's annual reports, membership lists, and section manuals regarding organizational operations. Also included are issues of the section newsletter "Allegheny News" from 1949 to 1988, state chapter correspondence from the 1950s to the 1970s, and photographs and negatives from the 1940s to the 1980s

The collection consists of miscellaneous Japanese papers which seem to be dictionaries and manuals given to a Naval officer going to Japan after World War II. These materials were intended to help him learn something about the language. Also included are the ledgers of a North Georgia mountain doctor (ca. 1920s), as well as miscellaneous photographs relating to UGA or the DAR, and printed materials relating to UGA or other universities, as well as reproductions of watercolors depicting battle scenes recreated in Paramount's motion picture "Wake Island.".
The collection consists of papers and images compiled by Jack C. Riley. The majority of materials relate to Electro Scientific Industries (ESI), where Riley worked from the 1950s to the 2000s; these materials include engineering bulletins, instruction manuals, technical articles, slides for presentations, and photographs and negatives of ESI facilities and equipment. Additional materials include papers relating to Riley's work at Radio Research Laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts, his work on beam interference which was also done on Cambridge, published papers by Riley and other electrical engineers, and issues of General Radio Experimenter
