This collection consists of four daily diaries written by Ruby Scofield Doyle from January 1922 to December 1923. They provide a detailed account of the daily activities of women and men living on and working a ranch. Ruby describes cleaning, cooking, sewing, spending time with family and visitors, the work of the men in the field and with the animals, and caring for her child, Dorma Ruth. The collection also includes twelve images which were found with the diaries and are very likely of the Doyle family

This collection includes one ledger that contains records of the shares purchased in the Missoula County Fair and Horse Racing Association from Jan. 1889 to Jan. 1892. Stockholders included many distinguished members of the Missoula community. Later the ledger apparently became a notebook for someone working on legal definitions drawn from early 1920s Montana Reports

This collection contains eight one-page letters written to J.P. Woolman in 1884. These letters are all from Missoula and are business letters concerning financial business, and many include tax receipts. These letters appeal to Woolman as the Montana Territorial Auditor to record, verify, and compensate various accounts in Missoula. The companies writing to Woolman may have in the process of being audited by him. Included are letters from the Missoula County treasurer, the county clerk of Missoula County, and Worden & Co

McLeod, and William H. and Emma Dickinson. Marcus Daly's and Christopher P. Higgins' wills are part of some properties' abstracts
