Files marked [JPL RSA]* are Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Research Support Agreements. Science proposals are submitted directly by Principal Investigators. If awarded, JPL decides the amount of money necessary to complete the work and issues a check to SAO. There is no date range associated with these proposals.
