Dolgaard was headquartered in Bemidji and Kelliher. Notes by himself and his assistants cover especially Koochiching, Beltrami, Cass, Hubbard, Itasca, and Becker counties, with some entries for St. Louis, Mahnomen, and Clearwater counties
