The entire collection is arranged into 3 series, chronologically where possible, and consists of Annual Announcements/Bulletins of the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law and its previous institutions. Many of the publications in this series are designated “Official” and pages are marked with handwritten corrections to dates and names. Several copies belonged to Dean Zacharias and include correction notices from alumni and other notes. Records from several years are missing or were not released, including 1909, 1924-1935, 1937-1940, 1942, 1943, 1952, 1959, 1960, 1963, and 1972.

The 75th Anniversary subseries includes two scrapbooks with correspondence from celebration invitees in the legal community, as well as newspaper clippings regarding events. The 80th Anniversary subseries includes proclamations from Mayor Richard J. Daley and Governor Otto Kerner declaring a “Chicago-Kent Day” in the city. The Centennial subseries consists of planning and publicity documents, as well as historical information on faculty, staff, and the history of the school, collected for planning purposes. The Centennial planning file also includes flyer and planning documents for the First Annual Charles E. Green Lecture in Law and Technology.
