This collection consists of records created by Richard W. Schneider in three administrative positions at Drexel. It includes his official correspondence; two sets of subject files, one that spans Dr. Schneider's tenure at Drexel (containing some reports that predate his tenure) and one relating to academic affairs; and a set of files on specific departments and offices and their personnel. Also found in the collection are a set of records of the Deans' Rolling Agenda, a set of board meeting minutes from 1989 to 1992, materials on Drexel president William Gaither, and notes from vice presidents' meetings from 1985 to 1989

The collection also includes a record of scholarships (1892-1902), a record of diplomas and certificates awarded (1893-1914), and a record of enrollment by department (1892-1893)

This collection documents the activities and members of Drexel's Pennsylvania Zeta chapter of Tau Beta Pi from its founding in 1930 through 1987. It includes administrative materials such as the Tau Beta Pi bylaws, the Pennsylvania Zeta chapter charter, and publications and catalogs from the national office. The bulk of the collection consists of chronological files that document the year-by-year activities of Drexel's chapter; these files may contain correspondence, surveys submitted to the national office, and records of projects sponsored in that year. In addition, there is a set of index cards listing the names of Tau Beta Pi members, as well as a few un-awarded membership certificates and keys

The collection is composed primarily of the minutes of the University Faculty (1894-1896, 1907, 1913-1922, 1948-1986) and the Faculty Council (1922-1948, 1952-1954, 1967-1986). The collection also contains copies of the University Faculty's bylaws, revisions, and draft revisions dating from the 1970s, correspondence from the 1940s through 1970s, files on standing and ad hoc committees, and subject files, the bulk of which were created by Faculty Council chair Robert Coren in the early 1970s

The collection consists primarily of two sets of subject files. An earlier set includes mostly papers that Dr. Hagerty inherited from the previous president, James Creese; these papers document the transition from the Creese to the Hagerty administration. A later set of subject files was created by Dr. Hagerty and his staff and reflects decisions made during his tenure. The collection also includes the outgoing correspondence of Dr. Hagerty and his staff, several of Dr. Hagerty's speeches, and some reports submitted to Dr. Hagerty from leaders of the colleges and divisions of Drexel University
