The Ford Motor Company Land Valuation records consist of two series, the Allen Park Clay Depletion records series and the Ford Motor Company Fund Northern Michigan Timberland records series. Both series consist of correspondence, working papers, and financial and legal material relating to property valuations and tax implications for Ford Motor Company-owned and Ford Motor Company Fund-owned properties in Michigan. The Allen Park Clay Depletion records series, 1955-1961 (0.2 cubic ft.), is made up of reviews of financial and legal considerations of the disposition of clay and sand at the Allen Park Clay Mine. Ford Motor Company leased clay and mining rights to other parties, including the Peerless Cement Company, Clippert Brick Company, and the Michigan State Highway Commission. The Other Vehicles Advertisements series contains Ford Motor Company advertisements for vehicles other than automobiles. The advertisements are organized into five subseries. The Aircraft subseries, 1927-1930, contains advertisements for Ford Motor Company produced aircraft including the Ford Tri-Motor airplane and Stout Metal Airplane Company. The Buses subseries, 1924-1949, includes advertisements for school buses, bus chassis, and public transportation vehicles. The Military Vehicles subseries, 1943-1961, contains Ford Motor Company vehicles produced for the United States military. These vehicles include jeeps, tanks, airplanes, and engines made during World War II. The 1958 advertisements illustrate the history of Ford Motor Company in aviation with a special emphasis on advanced military aircraft. The Ford Motor Company Job Classification Specification records consist of position specification manuals created for the Manufacturing Division of Ford Motor Company. The records include one manual for the Engine and Foundry Division and another for the Metal Stamping Division, both subdivisions of the Manufacturing Division. The manuals list job descriptions and classifications for various positions. Descriptions include detailed job duties, educational and skill requirements, and pay rates, along with job analyses for each position. The records were created within the Industrial Relations departments of the Engine and Foundry Division and the Metal Stamping Division

The International Products and Services Advertisements series contains advertisements for products and services made in the United States for export to other countries, and for Ford Motor Company products and services made in other countries. The advertisements in this series are in a variety of languages. Translations are included for some of the non-English advertisements. The advertisements are filed by country of origin, model year and then alphabetically by title of the advertisement. When there is an applicable model year, the date has been determined by the date of publication. Countries of origin include Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Holland, Spain, Sweden, United States (exports) and the continent of Asia. The United States export market includes advertisements targeted for the countries of Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Cuba, England, Finland, France, Nigeria, Puerto Rico, Sweden, and Uruguay

The John Clark racing photographs consists of 35mm color slides covering an array of races including motocross motorcycles, off-road trucks, Indy cars, and various levels of stock car racing including Busch Grand National series, Craftsman Truck series and Winston Cup series. Most of the races took place in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida and Nevada with additional races held in North Carolina, Washington and Missouri. The collection is arranged alphabetically by race type or series and then chronologically. Researchers should note that individual slides are identified using a numeric system devised by the photographer that indicates the year, roll number and individual image
