The collection contains a charter, minute and dues books, and an embossing stamp. The minute book is in Serbian until about 1949 and in English circa 1950-1968. Minutes contain information regarding monthly meetings, including financial information and notations of new members, benefits, and correspondence from other organizations, chiefly Serbian clubs or churches. The dues book contains monthly records of dues paid by members with their corresponding birth dates. The names listed in the dues book are in Cyrillic script until approximately 1951. The embossing stamp contains the seal of the lodge
