Includes autobiography, biography, histories of Goodsprings, Potosi, Mesquite Valley and Yellow Pine Mining District, reports and material reflecting role as University Regent (1909-1912 and 1923-1942) and four terms in the State Assembly. Also includes various addresses and articles regarding mines and mining, the evils of gambling, and his life in Las Vegas and Vanderbilt with wife, Edith C. Williams.
Frank Williams was a miner and prospector in the Goodsprings, Nevada, area and later was a university regent and state assemblyman.
