Grace (out of New York City), and other vessels; ship survey record books (1896-99); information concerning his various business affairs in Noank and Mystic; papers of the Fish and Morgan families; estate papers of Lucy A. Morgan; and other materials.
Shipmaster and ship surveyor, of Noank, Conn.; retired from the sea in 1894 and became vice president of Robert Palmer & Son Shipbuilding and Marine Railway Co.; also served as state senator and president of the Mystic Bank; married Phebe Miner Fish in 1864.
