These are recordings of a radio program series called "Exploring Kentucky." The purpose of the program was to advertise the historical and natural tourist attractions of Kentucky. The narrator takes the listener on an imagined journey throughout the state, explaining and describing places of interest along the way, such as the Cumberland Gap and Abraham Lincoln's birthplace.
