Incorporated in 1928 by Arthur J. Wiesner and Edwin F. Rapp as a producer of machines used in the treatment of loomed cloth, including the saturator, washer, squeezer, J-box, and the dyebeck. Machines for the chemical industry, for airplane factories, and for glass beveling were also manufactured.
