The Minutes and records of the Law School Advisory Board collection is arranged into three series. A bound volume in Box 1 Folder 1 includes the original IIT bylaws incorporating the members of the Chicago-Kent Board of Trustees as the newly created Advisory Board upon the merger of the two schools in 1969. Box 1 Folder 3 contains correspondence of the Chicago-Kent Ad Hoc Committee, including a position paper arguing for greater representation on the IIT Board of Trustees.
