This collection is arranged into 6 series and 21 subseries, with each series arranged chronologically where possible. Series and subseries of note include correspondence, personal records, maps and itineraries, travel, and Library of International Relations. Photographs and clippings originally included within correspondence are arranged within, attached to the item with which they are associated. The Family subseries features correspondence with Eloise's cousin Edward Gallup Miles, which include descriptions of his experiences as an ambulance driver during World War I. A travel memorabilia subseries includes brochures, guidebooks, and souvenirs collected by Eloise and her mother during their travels to Europe and Asia in 1927-1929, and the subseries Maps and Itineraries contains maps collected by Eloise. The Library of International Relations series consists of documents related to planning and launching the library, marketing materials, newspaper clippings, and correspondence.
