The Records of the Illinois Technology Center are arranged, chronologically where possible, into 4 series. Series I: Administrative materials contains strategic planning documents, including project diagrams, progress reports and overviews, and handwritten notes. Correspondence includes emails and memoranda regarding ITC projects and processes. The original collaboration agreement between Chicago-Kent, Illinois Lawyers Trust Fund, and the Chicago Bar Foundation, as well as materials related to the dissolution of ITC in favor of Illinois Legal Aid Online as an independent nonprofit, are included within the series. Collected conference materials from the 2002 Illinois Statewide Legal Services Advocates Conference, the 2002 Illinois Access to Justice Conference, and the 1999 National Conference on Pro Se Litigation, and a usability report on the project are included. Series II: Meeting materials includes meeting minutes, agendas, reports of various ITC committees, and project status reports from ITC board meetings. This series also includes some correspondence, such as interoffice communication and memoranda between ITC entities. A small amount of materials from ITC committee meetings is included at the end of the series. Series III: Financial materials of the ITC consists of budget materials and funding sources, the bulk of which is grant research and application materials. Subseries I. Budget includes quarterly financial reports, budget correspondence, memos, and revenue projections. Subseries II. Grants includes grant planning materials, such as notes from meetings of the ITC Resource Development Committee, grant sources and prospect indexes. Also included are details regarding specific grants received by the ITC, as well as grant applications and project proposals. Series IV: Includes employee hiring and termination details (restricted).
